Children need a good diet because their bodies are growing and developing. Good food gives children the core building blocks they need to grow healthy, building every part of the child, from their eyes, to their bones, to their brains. Establishing good eating habits is incredibly important to start at a young age, and the best way to do this is through example and education.
The children's menu throughout the day consists of food such as poultry, lean meats, seafood, eggs, legumes, whole grains, dairy, fruits and vegetables. It is our goal to provide a balanced menu that is made up of healthy and high quality ingredients.
- Snack is available to the children throughout the morning work period, and they have the opportunity to prepare it themselves under an adult’s supervision.
- Lunch consists of soup & a main course and is delivered every day by a licensed caterer. All families have access to the menu at the beginning of each week, detailing what meals will be provided for the children.
